Mallorca: The Cupola (Rollei view)
The Cupola also looks great through the Rollei!
The Cupola is a place that I return to every time I go to Mallorca. Its on the western edge near Valdemossa. It has a mythical feeling to it with the mountains plunging into the sea below and covered with mediterranean scrub clinging to the rock as if to avoid being hurled into the sea.
The proper name for the place is Son Marroig, but I always call it the Cupola because of the landmark that stands on the edge of the property looking out to sea.
